This website

• No cookies and no advertising service on the public pages of the website.
• Audience measurement: we count visits with Umami, open-source software we host ourselves at Infomaniak (Switzerland). It sets no cookie and does not keep your IP address: it records the page viewed, the site you came from, the country, the language, the browser and the type of device, to build statistics. This data is neither sold, nor shared, nor matched with other websites.
• Contact form: name, e-mail address, topic and message, to answer you (legitimate interest, or pre-contractual steps before a purchase). The message is stored on our server and e-mailed to our team. It is deleted automatically 12 months after it arrived.
• Protection against robots: the form uses ALTCHA, hosted on our server: your browser solves a small computation, without cookies or third parties. To limit abuse, the IP address a message comes from is kept as a counter for 24 hours at most.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and official seller (Merchant of Record). Paddle collects the payment and billing details, computes VAT and sends the invoice, under its own privacy policy. Paddle's checkout is only loaded when you click a buy button; it may then set the cookies the payment needs.

Paddle sends us your name, your e-mail address and the order identifier, to e-mail your licence keys and manage your licences (performance of the contract). Retention: for the life of the licences, then for the legal retention period of accounting records (10 years).

Unhack plugin and Unhack Pro

• The free plugin only contacts WordPress.org, to get the official references. No data about your site or your visitors is sent to us.
• Unhack Pro contacts our licence server (api.unhack.fr) to activate the licence and receive updates: address of the site, public key of the site, versions of WordPress and Unhack Pro, IP address of the request (fraud prevention). Retention: for the life of the licence; the security logs, which hold IP addresses, are deleted automatically 12 months after they were written.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is neither sold nor shared. It is processed by our subcontractors: Infomaniak (Switzerland, a country recognised as adequate by the European Commission) for the server, the audience measurement and e-mails, and Paddle for payments.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to support@unhack.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
