Seller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle.com), the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle.com handles payment, VAT, invoicing and refund requests. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the order; these terms describe the Unhack Pro licence provided by the publisher, ConsilioWEB (see the legal notice).

Products and prices

• Unhack Pro: one licence for one site, €49 including VAT (launch price).
• Agency 5: five single-site licences, €149 including VAT.
• Agency 25: twenty-five single-site licences, €449 including VAT.

Prices include taxes; the applicable VAT is computed by Paddle for your country. One-time payment, no subscription.

Delivery

Licence keys are e-mailed to the address given with the order as soon as the payment is confirmed. Unhack Pro is downloaded with your key on the Download Unhack Pro page, also linked from the e-mail.

Licence

• One licence lets you use Unhack Pro on one production site. Staging sites of the same domain (staging., preprod.) and local development sites are included.
• “For life” means: as long as the publisher sells Unhack Pro, and at least five years from the purchase.
• Transfers: a licence can be moved to another site 3 times per 12-month period.
• Security updates: provided for at least five years from the purchase, in line with the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
• Support: by e-mail at support@unhack.fr, answer within 24 business hours.
• Unhack and Unhack Pro are distributed under the GPL, version 2 or later. The licence key gives the licensed site access to the online services of Unhack Pro: activation, updates and related services.

Right of withdrawal

Unhack Pro is digital content supplied at purchase. You can nevertheless be refunded for 14 days, without giving a reason and even after your key was sent, under the refund policy below.

Refund policy

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase, without giving a reason. Write to support@unhack.fr or answer Paddle's receipt e-mail. Refunds are made by Paddle, to the payment method used. A refunded licence is deactivated on all its sites.

Warranty and liability

Unhack checks files and repairs those that have an official copy; it does not guarantee that a site is free of any malicious code (database, plugins without a public reference).

Governing law

French law. If something goes wrong, write to support@unhack.fr first. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge; their details will be given here as soon as one is appointed.
